Return Process

  Ensure your footwear is unworn, in its original condition, and within the 30-day purchase window.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your shoes in the original Wittner box and attach the provided shipping label or visit your nearest boutique.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
